Directs and organizes all the ‘IIPP’ activities.
Represents ‘IIPP’ in all legal and administrative relations with third parties.
Signs contracts or agreements that ‘IIPP’ may directly enter into with other institutions in order to achieve its objectives and goals, after ensuring financing in advance.
Ensures the oversight and administration of funds that IIPP allocates to associations of former political detainees for their activities.
Establishes commissions for the distribution of the 1% fund and formulates the internal regulations for its distribution.
Appoints and relieves institution employees in accordance with current legislation.
Sets objectives and priorities, develops quarterly or annual work plans.
Monitors the entire process of finding and revealing those who disappeared as a result of crimes during communism.
