We undertake to put an end to hypocrisy and abuse 20 years of the politically persecuted. We will cooperate with them to close the open wound dignity of their moskompensimit. Our new scheme of compensation for the persecuted political will expand the group of beneficiaries and implement a progressive bonus, depending on the years of the sentence and the actual age of persecuted. There will be a transparent assessment obligations to former persecuted. Our public and social policies will respect the status of former persecuted. All public services for the persecuted will be borne by the state. We will establish a European institution historical memory that will document and make accessible to the public the history of persecution under the communist regime.
